The MAC Address does not appear on router.

I created new VM which is i believe is running, however the Mac address provided it does not appear on the router list.
Any way to solve this issue without creating VM again? Please see attachment.

What exactly do you mean by that?

Does the VM have a static IP or does it get it via DHCP? Can the VM access the network and internet?

Vm received the mac address by DHCP as you can see in the snapshot it has a MAC address but it does not appear on the router
