The deletion of a VM causes all VMs and the host machine to crash

The host system is Debian 12 with Proxmox VE installed on it. The PVE version is 8.2.7

There are three VMs running on the PVE, and deleting any VM through the web management interface or using the qm command on the host causes both the host machine and all VMs to crash.

After deleting a certain VM, all ports on the host and VMs become unreachable (although they can still be pinged). The PVE web management interface cannot be accessed, all commands on the host return errors, and if I disconnect SSH, I cannot reconnect via SSH.

Does anyone know what the problem might be and how to resolve it?
Thank you very much!

Code:
root@pve:~# qm destroy 133
root@pve:~#
root@pve:~# ping google.com
-bash: /usr/bin/ping: Input/output error
root@pve:~# ls
-bash: /usr/bin/ls: Input/output error
root@pve:~# reboot
-bash: /usr/sbin/reboot: Input/output error

(One of if have a few) your disk(s) with ext4 is nearly dead and you should replace it.
