The cluster is not connected / close (rename) atomic file '/var/log/pve/tasks/active' failed: No such file or directory (500)

I found 1 node that is not connected to 7 other nodes in the Proxmox cluster. when logging in using 7 other nodes, there is no error. Is there a way to connect pve number 1 with other pve? please help, thank you

and I also want to do a backup on one of the VMs. However, a notification appears "close (rename) atomic file '/var/log/pve/tasks/active' failed: No such file or directory (500)".
