Text-based version of "proxinstall" script

It would be a very nice feature to have it also text-based for the following reasons:

1. you could choose a text install in the grub menu of the live cd.
   This would make it possible to install via a serial console (Many hosting providers do not offer KVM over IP).
2. it would also be nice to start the install script via recovery system. These recovery oder rescue systems are also provided quite often. This would improve the installation process on systems without physical access.
