I have a VM that started showing me the error below, could you help me?

swtpm_setup: Not overwriting existing state file.
kvm: ../hw/pci/pci.c:1562: pci_irq_handler: Assertion `0 <= irq_num && irq_num < PCI_NUM_PINS' failed.
stopping swtpm instance (pid 8720) due to QEMU startup error
TASK ERROR: start failed: QEMU exited with code 1

Double and triple check if you are passing through the right PCI(e) devices and reboot the Proxmox host. I have never read about someone fixing or working around it when the problem persists.

I checked carefully according to https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/pve-admin-guide.html#qm_pci_passthrough steps and restarted PVE to solve this problem, but it appeared in the latest VM The problem reappeared after the status error.
