syslog error - attempt to access beyond end of device

I have notice a bunch of the following error messages in ths syslog. It looks like it is some sort of problem with the hard drive (SATA 160GB) but, I thought I would run it past the forum to make sure. Do I have a drive failing? Incompatiblity with the SATA controller? Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

Well, not sure. Maybe a LVM problem. Do you use lvm snapshots (vzdump)?
