Sync Job Configuration error

Hi,

I configure a POC and I would need your help.
I have a Proxmox back server interconnected by VPN.I would like to configure a SyncJob.
I created an account + a Remote config.when configuring the sync job, to select the Source Datastore, I got the error:Internal Server Error(500)failed to scan remote IP. remote connection to IP failed. Permission check failed.

Can you help me?

Hi,
seems like the user used for your remote configuration does not have the required permissions to access the datastore. Make sure to give it the permissions as described in the docs [0] for the sync job to have access on the remote PBS instance.
