Switch to Windows / Kodi / Jellyfin after boot

I have a mini pc with hdmi output, I am thinking of using the mini pc and connecting the hdmi to my TV to use as my media streamer.
I have setup several CT and VMs that have served my needs alongside a chromecast to view media on my TV.

I've never used the HDMI output for anything other than the installation of proxmox. It is a N100 igpu.
ONce proxmox boots, can it display a windows desktop, kodi or jelly fin media centers?

In principle this should be possible. However I remember reading about specific issues on the N100 GPU passthrough.
