Hi,

on a VE, there are no memory swap.

How is this value openvz

I have a Ve with 512Mo memory and 1024 swap.

If i execute cat /proc/user_beancounters
I have this

kmemsize 10404001 22132214 9223372036854775807 9223372036854775807 0

The barrier and limit value are very high

I don't understand

I try to optimize memory management

Sorry for my english

kmemsize is a secondary parameter - we do not set a limit for it. We use other parameters to limit RAM usage.

Tanks,

but whitch openvz parameters is set whith to set memory and swap to proxmox

Thanks and sorry for my english

You can take a look at the source code in /usr/bin/pvectl - change_veconfig function. Basially we set vmguarpages, oomguarpages, privvmpages (and lockedpages for swap).
