Suggestions for cleaning up my notifications?

My log gets error messages every minute from the Notification System. I've tried to just turn it off but can't seem to find a way.

My email is a Gmail address and I'm at a loss as to how I should fix this or, at the very least, just shut it down.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
