Suggestions for a cluster build

Hi Guys/Girls,

Just looking for your thoughts on this as I am currently looking for server hardware for a customer of mine. End goal is to build a HA cluster of two nodes, but starting off with a single node/server.

What I'm looking at currently is a Dell T440 server with following spec:
Intel Xeon Silver 4110 8C/16T
16GB RAM
2x 256Gb SSD Boot/Cache drives
4x 2TB SATA HDD on RAID10
PERC H730P+ RAID Controller.

The server will host an ADDS used by about 100 employees, just logins are maintained; ERPNext server where about 40 employees access for transnational work; email server and possibly a SAP/Oracle system in the future with proper upgrade to RAM/CPU.

Would the above be sufficient as as starting point for this endeavor or am I overestimating the capability.

Ther is no 2 node HA cluster.
see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Byzantine_fault_tolerance
You can have a two node cluster without HA or you need a third thin node or quorum-device.

For HA you need shared/distributed storage as well.
With 16 GB memory, you can only use 14 for the VMs what is in my opinion not enough for virtualization.
