[Suggestion] Thoughts on adding USB devices

Hi there,

My suggestion is threefold:
#1) Being able to add a comment (such as "Front left") to USB ports - this can be through the CLI, perhaps? - which is shown if you select "Use USB Port" under "Add: USB Device"
#2) Being able to add a comment to USB devices (such as "Trust BT Dongle", which could enlighten me in the case of "CSR8510 A10" ), which is shown if you select "Use USB Vendor/Device ID" under "Add: USB Device"
#3) [Heavily dependent on #2] Under "Add: USB Device", being able to select ports that are currently not connected.

note that you can do #3 already, the text box is editable and you can write there any valid port syntax yourself
having non-filled ports as choice is not really possible, since the kernel does not know about them until there is something plugged in.
also, if you plugin a device via a hub, the port/path is not really predictable (some devices even have hubs built in to act like multiple usb devices)
