Hi, I would suggest some tricks for future release 
:
- Missing "Windows 2008 R2" and "Windows 7" in Guest Type
- The ability to Hot Plug into a running VM a previous backupped Virtual Hard Disk, for recover past files on the fly
- Interconnect and hotplug USB device into VM
