Subscription Issues

Good Day:

I just purchased a Subscription and I tried to install the key and I get this response:

Error checking subscription: io: failed to lookup address information: Temporary failure in name resolution (500)

Any idea what's wrong?

Have you checked your DNS on your host ?

Can you ping/resolve shop.proxmox.com ?

I got it working..It looks like the internal IP i selected was being blocked by my router. changed it to something else and all is good.
