I got stuck when I wanted to install Proxmox, I used an SSD when installing it, is that the cause? is there anything i can do to fix it? Now I can't change the BIOS to Windows, every time I turn on the laptop it always goes to the Proxmox boot menu Help!!

The login screen looks normal for Proxmox (but unreadable due to the poor image quality), and it appears you can login fine. Proxmox is designed to be remotely managed over your local network.

The other photo indicated that you did not setup the networking correctly (or some part of it is not working or not connected). There are many threads on this forum about people having trouble selecting a correct IP address (outside of the DHCP range but inside the local subnet of the router), connecting a working cable and choosing the router as gateway and DNS,

I don't know how to change the boot order on your motherboard BIOS. I do know that the Proxmox installer wipes the installation drive, so I hope your Windows was not on the same SSD. Proxmox is enterprise software and not designed to dual boot with another operating system.
