Pve 8.2 Ceph 17.2.7. Updated to the latest package.
Weird problem.
ceph osd lspools
shows:
1 .mgr
5 vmserver
6 server
I created a new pool, but I didn't think it was necessary, so I del'd it.
After using ceph osd lspools, it still shows:
1 .mgr
5 vmserver
6 server
But when I want to do pgs balancing, strange things happen now.
I first used:
osdmaptool om --upmap out.txt --upmap-max 400 --upmap-deviation 1 --upmap-active
Then I opened the file and found the ID of the pool that was del. < ceph osd pg-upmap-items 15 >
ceph osd pg-upmap-items 5.35 18 20
ceph osd pg-upmap-items 5.3c 22 19
ceph osd pg-upmap-items 5.3e 17 14
ceph osd pg-upmap-items 6.2 19 22
ceph osd pg-upmap-items 6.5 6 11
ceph osd pg-upmap-items 6.7 19 21
ceph osd pg-upmap-items 6.12 13 15
ceph osd pg-upmap-items 6.17 2 0
ceph osd pg-upmap-items 6.18 17 15
ceph osd pg-upmap-items 6.1b 6 9 17 16 20 21
ceph osd pg-upmap-items 6.26 12 16
ceph osd pg-upmap-items 6.2f 7 11
ceph osd pg-upmap-items 6.32 19 22
ceph osd pg-upmap-items 6.33 17 15
ceph osd pg-upmap-items 6.3b 2 1
ceph osd pg-upmap-items 6.3f 23 18
ceph osd pg-upmap-items 15.2 5 3
ceph osd pg-upmap-items 15.3 15 14
ceph osd pg-upmap-items 15.7 5 4 16 17
ceph osd pg-upmap-items 15.8 5 4
ceph osd pg-upmap-items 15.9 1 0
Please ask the experts, how to eliminate this strange problem? Is it a pve problem? Can't clean up the residual information?
