Strange Menu after new/clean installation of PVE 7.2.4

I have this strange menu style in PVE 7.2.4 after a new and clean installation of Proxmox VE 7.2.4. I have updated the System and reboot it and then this strange thing comes out. Can someone help me please?
(I´m happy to have answers in German ) )

You already tried to press CTRL+F5 in your browser to drop the cached data of the PVE webUI? Always recommended after updating PVE.

Yes I have do that and I clear the Cache from my browser completely.

It is on a other Computer also that strange menu.

There was a strange update situation, because some packages are not beeing updated and now the host is crashed. I reinstalling it yet. Maybe then is the strange menu error history

Arhgg, I don´t have add the right pve no-subscription repos to the sources.list file. Because of this wasn´t all packages updated and because this came this strange style
