I have 8 blade servers with 12 TB hard disks for each server. in which the total is 48 TB.
my question is what is the best scenario to install proxmox cluster between them all . note that i don't have an external storage ; i only have mentioned above local hard disks .

and one more thing is it possible to create a V.M with openfiler just to create a NAS or NFS storage for BACKUPs and ISOs .. from these hard disks.

Wow, you have much hardware, but will be more easy answer if you tell us what are your objectives.
For example, HA, backups, the services of servers in the VMs, etc?. In my case i use HA with KVM and DRBD. but may be that CEPH as storage in HA will be better for you.
