Hello,
It seems that to make snapshots of a Windows 11 VM, you need to have the disk for the TPM on LVM-Thin/ZFS or CEPH storage.
Okay, but if I use this type of storage (LVM-Thin) for the VM's main disk, I can't choose the QCOW2 format. I'm in raw format.
To achieve this I had to create a directory storage for the VM disks (where I can choose raw format ) , and a LVM-Thin for the TPM storage. I had to create differetn partitions on proxmox disks... but maybe this is not the corect way to do
How do you manage Windows 11 VM snapshots on Proxmox?
Have you created more than one storage type to be able to do this kind of operation? (for example an LVM-Thin for TPM, then a Directory for the VM disk....)
Thankyou
