Storage setup for PVE and OMV

Hello, noob here

I did fresh installation Proxmox VE on an Enterprise SSD (480GB). Additionally, I have an NVMe drive for virtual machines data and an HDD for NAS.

The question is: where should I install OMV?
1. Keep it on a separate physical drive (new SSD)?
2. Install it alongside PVE on a new partition of the Enterprise SSD?
3. Create a new virtual machine and install OMV there (using the NVMe drive)?

What would be the best approach?
I just installed clean Proxmox, didnt do a thing.

Run it as a VM, pass the SATA storage controller to the VM so it sees the HDD
