Storage question

Hello
I have a small old pc on which i ve installed proxmox with the default setup with ext4.
I plan to add an additional disk ans i would like it will be able to have vm disks, snapshot, iso and backup.
how can I configuré for that? I was able to create a lvm thin but i can not add backup in it, i should have missed something.
Can you help me?

Backup is file storage so you need a storage "dir" definition on that disk too (which can be in a lvm volume and a filesystem onto).
