I was wondering if its possible to adjust the view to show the rc-nas item once instead of 3 times ?

Do not use the "Folder View" if you do not like the Folder view ;-)

Play around with the drop-down box above the tree. My personal favorite is "Server View". The official documentation is here: https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/pve-admin-guide.html#_gui_overview
