Storage is not online (500)

Hello everyone,

I have 3 nodes on a simple cluster, i mounted through web gui a nfs storage (DATACENTER, STORAGE, Add NFS) to make the kvms backups, this storage is mounted right in node1 and node2 and work fine, even i can see the content of the nfs storage through the web gui. But in node3 i get the error "Storage is not online (500)"

all nodes has this verion and the cluster seems to work well

When I enter over SSH to the node3 I don't see any mounted nfs share.

Any suggestions for this problem???

Hi, your english is fine :)

I don't know what is the issue but,
- are all the nodes and NFS server on the same lan?
- from the node3 are you able to reach the storage?
- are you sure there is no block on the NFS server (ip list, permissions)?
- have you checked the logs (/var/log/syslog or else) for errors or messages?

Yes, they are in the same lan.

I did a few test this weekend, and I found that if I monted the nfs share manually with the command "mount" through CLI it works and I can see the content, however the web gui still show the error "Storage is not online"

- are you sure there is no block on the NFS server (ip list, permissions)?
Yes, I'm sure. The permissions are fine, I have put the entire LAN segment.

- have you checked the logs (/var/log/syslog or else) for errors or messages?
I have checked the syslog and the only error messages concerning the storage is "pvedaemon[14022]: storage 'Backups' is not online"

- libc-bin version on node3 ?
I checked and all nodes have the same version

root@node3:~# dpkg -l | grep libc-bin
ii libc-bin 2.13-38+deb7u8 amd64 Embedded GNU C Library: Binaries
