Hi, this IS how my node looks now

And this IS the output of lsblk

I have plex installed as LXC, fully working, now I want to move all my pics and music to sdb1, but i find It really hard to achieve.

I have proxmox installed as VM on virtualbox. I added a free partition as virtual HDD, which you can see as sdb, and the with fdisk i create a partition, this last from the proxmox node shell, sdb1.

I have tried several methods, in the first place i tried to mount the partition from the node shell with and error as output, unk own filesystem type

Secondly i tried adding the partition as directory, but I cant access It.

In fact i even tried to add a samba share as storage getting something erros as well.

Would you please give something advice?

So you want file storage here. Pve default handling of virtual disks is (unmounted) block storage.
So if you want to use (your even virtual) sdb1 you need to make a filesystem onto and mount it. There after you can read in forum how to bind mount these file storage to your lxc and you are done.
