Still having Realtek driver issues?

I'm looking to purchase a mini-PC with a Realtek 8125B 2.5G. Do I need to install the DKMS driver separately on the latest 8.1 version? Or is it fine without doing anything special?

I am running a RTL8125 2.5GbE without any special drivers here in my workstation. Not the B version, so take it with a grain of salt.
