How do I undo the command qm set (VMID) --serial0 socket --vga serial0? After entering this command all I see on the console is the message "starting serial terminal on interface serial0". What do I do now?

Generally, you san delete a config line with:
qm set vmid --delete serial0
qm set vmid --delete vga0
You can also edit the config file
