My users can't seem to configure the "Start/Shutdown Order" of a VM. The users are part of a group with PVEVMAdmin role which allows them to set the "Start at Boot" option of a VM, but they can't access the "Startup delay", "Shutdown timeout" and "Start/Shutdown order".

Is this a bug or do I need to add another privileges to the group ?

Yes, currently 'Sys.Modify' on the root ("/") permission object path is checked. That may be a bit to much for that, but it has to be noted that other VMs and the host may see some sideeffects if user can change this, so just a permission for the VM itself is probably not the right thing to ask for...
