Hi! i've just update mine Proxmox VE @ last version of branch 1.X: pve-manager/1.9/6567

I've a big problem. SSH access but WEB access isn't working. I've always receive: "You could not be logged on. Make sure your user name and password are correct, and then try again."

i'm sure that password is correct..I'm logged in SSH just a minute ago..
How to fix that? I've already tried to change password with "passwd" but the result is the same.

In /var/log/auth.log I find those error..

worker: PAM unable to dlopen(/lib/security/pam_unix.so): /lib/libnsl.so.1: symbol __libc_clntudp_bufcreate, version GLIBC_PRIVATE not defined in file libc.so.6 with link time reference
worker: PAM adding faulty module: /lib/security/pam_unix.so

I think that's the problem...How to fix it?

Mmm..No, RAID is ok and in dmesg I don't see any clues for disk error.
This appens with latest update...
I see that libc-6 installed is 2.11.3-4 on another machine I've 2.11.3-3 but I cannot downgrade (I cannot find in aptitude an older version...)

Ok. I've installaed latest libc-6 and latest pam-modules.
I've a squeeze system with proxmox 1.9 (lenny repo).
The problem isn't disappeared...I think that a reboot can fix that problem...But it's a very delicated reboot...My server is hosted on a remote box (Hetzner)...If something wrong I lost all...
There's a way to find executable that use an older library? I try to restart all service but nothing to change...
