Ssd Zfs in windows vm write speed abnormal

Hi guys so i put 2 tb ssd in zfs raid0 they are tlc nand
Problem its on the windows machine i have 7000mb write etc but the write speed its super slow what to do
This are the the settings on vm and the crystal disk mark speed
I feel like the write speed its really horrible even if crystal disk mark shows somehow decent number it feels a lot worse u can check hdd usage in task manager when i was unpacking a game from my rust disk nas to this windows machine since i couldnt install it directly over nas

feels free to ask for any info u guys require to fix this issue i also want to shrink this windows vm since i allocaed too much storage but over 2tb i cant format after gparted it gives some error might be because ssds are in raid0 2tb+2tb and i allocated around 3tb to this windows vm and i can only use 2tb rest cant be allocated even with gparted live cd
