Were having similar issues where we are getting some random but frequent network spike with a win VM and wondering if your having progress with this being helpful. we can observe these network latency spike both from pinging from the VM to other devices, and other devices pinging the VM. other VMs (which of note are not under the same load) do not experience these spikes and are all set with the same hardware.
