SPICE - lower resolution = light weight/faster? share clipboard?

Is there a way to make the SPICE connection -
1. a lower resolution (maybe 16bit only) to make it faster?
2. Share clipboard?
3. Can I get a permanent shortcut directly to a VM? I see each time i click SPICE to use as the console, it downloads a download.vv file.How can i get a permanent desktop icon that when i click, it will always open a particular VM directly?
