I can't find anything on this on the net and I am pretty sure about the meaning of this message but I wanted to make sure:

3860F48F7BA5E09AAC: SA score=10/5 time=13.390 bayes=undefined autolearn=spam
hits=HTML_IMAGE_ONLY_20,HTML_MESSAGE,HTML_SHORT_LINK_IMG_3,MIME_HTML_ONLY
RCVD_IN_BL_SPAMCOP_NET,RCVD_IN_SORBS_WEB,SARE_SUB_PORN_WORD05,URIBL_OB_SURBL

Does "bayes=undefined" mean the Bayes filter is too "young" to be taken into account?

Thank you very much for the quick reply! I am currently implementing a system to make it possible for our Exchange users to pull out false positives and false negatives so sa-learn can automatically grab these and teach the Bayes filter.
