Dear Forum,
My PMG 7.2-2 processed a mail from external sender:
"moved mail for <xy@mydomain.com> to spam quarantine".
On the web interface, the email is not shown in any quarantine (spam, attachment, virus). I have logged in with root and with other elevated right user, but the message not shown.
Searching for the ID shown in the tracking centers message, a file found in /var/spool/pmg/spam/A/$(message_id) with the content of the letter.

How can I forward the message to the original recipinet?

Thank you for your help!

anything special about the address xy@mydomain.com?! (non-ascii characters in the local-part? internationalized domain)?

else - if you login as root and go to the spam-quarantine section under Administration - you need to select the recipient - is the address listed in the combo-box-dropdown?

Hello,
There is nothing special about the email address, standard address without ans special char.

I have logged in as root, under Administration => Spam Quarantine, neither the sender nor the recipient address is shown in "Email" drop down list.

Thank you for your help!

maybe the mail was already released from quarantine - and therefore the recipient is not in the quarantine users list?
- check the journal of your PMG for messages like:

Code:
Sep 14 15:15:19 pmg pmgdaemon[782]: delivered quarantined mail 'C1R308T194714688' (/var/spool/pmg/cluster/1/spam/6B/6225D6501B66AA7E6B)

(similar if someone deleted the mail)
(The file remains on disk until the quarantine life-time expires - but it is marked as delivered/deleted in the database)
