I'm still learning what can and can not be done with proxmox. I'd like to have audio available in the vm's; have three now working. So the first step was to get sound recognized on host node. For me the easiest way was to Tasksel add desktop environment to host install. Still had to jump through afew hoops; will detail if interested. I now have a recognized a HDA NVidia working sound device on a new admin user of host. Not sure how or if device can be added to vm's.One post had suggested adding args: -soundhw to your /etc/qemu-server/<vm id>.conf file, only proxmox 2.1 has nothing in /etc/qemu-server file?
