Sorting by score in admin spam quarantine view

Sorting by score is unintuitive and nearly useless, as is done in a strange way. To reproduce:

In Admin view, go to spam quarantine
Select Email: all
Select Score: Ascending or descending
In the score header field, select 'Group by this field', and collapse the groups.
You'll see groups like
Score 5:
Score 4:
Score 3:
Score 19:
Score 182:
Score 18:

Say I want to manually select and delete all spam with scores > 100 ... how to do it efficiently ?
