Sometimes HardwareID/CPUID changes when there's a power loss.

I am running an Ubuntu VM on Proxmox VE 8.1.3. It has a licensed software installed in it where it is bound to the hardware of the computer (CPU ID, Motherboard ID etc). If i reboot the system normally it works fine. Software works okay even if I normally reboot the whole Proxmox host. But if there's a power loss, sometimes it changes some hardware id and the software deactivates it self.

Current workaround I found was to restore the VM from a backup that I took while was working. After the restoration everything works fine. But I loose data since the backup was taken.

Any solution to fix this issue? Already have a UPS. Only thing is in weekends sometimes there are extended power outages that depletes the UPS as well.

TIA
