Im Syslog steht folgender Eintrag:

smartctl -a /dev/sdh gibt folgendes aus:
231 Unknown_SSD_Attribute 0x0022 035 069 000 Old_age Always - 1092550691

Only the manufacturer knows what that attribute indicates. That it changed might not be the actual problem. The firmware on the drive concluded that the drive is about to fail. You could run additional tests if you want to (smartctl -t long) but I don't think that will change anything (and might make the drive fail faster).
This is not Proxmox specific (and other SMART guides will therefore apply) and I would suggest contacting the seller or manufacturer for more information and/or replacement.

Dann wird auch Attribut 231 richtig erkannt (sollte Temperatur sein)
