Hi,
Can you explain to me why i have the speed difference from my desktop client to VM or PVE Host at the same time/nextwork condition (2 screen shot)?
20 mbits/30mbits to the PVE ISO store and less tan 10mbits to all linux VM (test to /tmp on a fresh debian 11 VM, its the same with Ubuntu 20.04 VM production) ?
*Pfsense for firewall/router/openvpn server.
Kind regards

upload ssh debian11.png

From my desktop with winscp to debian /tmp

upload iso 30mbits.png

From my desktop with Chrome to PVE 7 Host ISO store

You should benchmark your network with iperf3 because this will write to RAM. Otherwise your network is maybe fast but your storage is the bottleneck.

I have no pblm with my storage but i have this SSH network problem with winscp even from my 4G LTE mobile 150mbits, my lan or 1gb/1gb fiber access (with wifi or copper cable).
8 mbits max ?!

* i have a ubuntu nextcloud vm on the same host and its works perfectly from https file transfert even with my vpn

You are just not comparing apples to apples here: its winscp vs chrome upload. You also mention a VPN. Too many variables in this equation. Try to simplify the problem: as Dunuin said, set up iperf3 in Proxmox host, your desktop and inside the VM and get numbers placing iperf client and server in every component.
