Slow internet speed on VM

Hi,

I'm having an odd issue with one of my VMs in PVE. I'm getting an extremely slow download speed (<1mbps) and faster upload speed (~930mbps). It's only happening in this specific machine. I



Host Info:
Physsical host: Dell Optiplex
proxmox-ve: 7.0-2 (running kernel: 5.11.22-4-pve)
VM Hardware:


Actions taken to no avail:
- connected to a different port
- created a new VM
- tried updating kernel but got an error message
- turned firewall off and ran new speedtests
- used different virtual network device (intel and realtek)
- getting this when looking for /etc/network/interfaces in the node's shell

Probably low MTU config

Okay, I went to the node > System > Network Device and the MTU was set to 1500. I set it to 6000 and boom, it works like a charm now. Seeing DL speed up to 1GB now. Thanks!
