Slackware 15.0 as a new LXC for Proxmox 7.x

Hi, I would love to be able to use the future Slackware 15.0 (not released yet, but is on Release Candidate 1) LXC on Proxmox. I saw a old thread which the requester don't have provided the lxc-template for Slackware.

Well, the script for build it can be found in inside the lxc package on the distro, or in the source code.
The url for one of the mirrors which contains the file can be found below

With a running Slackware distro, for create the lxc container i can just run:
lxc-create -n container_name -t slackware

Since Slackware 15.0 is out about sometime, could it be added to the list of templates?

According to https://images.linuxcontainers.org/ there are Slackware-15 and Slackware-current LXC images from the makers of Linux Containers directly.

I haven't yet found a way to get images from that repository using PVE UI.
Nor have I found a way to download such a template from an URL to use the download facility in PVE.

Onecould run from console

lxc-create -name NAME -t download

and specify the distro, version and arch, it will download the necessary template data and apparently create a container ... but ... that won't fetch up as PVE manageable container. Nor the template become available in the usable templates list.

So, how can one get an official from LXC slackware container template?

I have written some Perl code which allows using PVE UI to create a LXC containers using Slackware template from https://images.linuxcontainers.org/ and I just proposed a patch if the code looks useful for the project...
I post that information here in case you would like to try it if my code isn't useful for merging into PVE source and it's not accepted for a future update. Of course bear in mind that you can use it at your own risk!
