Single node web gui stuck in cluster mode

I was trying to use the cluster features to transfer some VMs from my older server to my newer one and I tried using the cluster mode, however when I realized I could just use vzdump over sshfs that was no longer useful.
Now that I have finished transferring my VMs over I can not exit the cluster gui on my new server.
I have tried the steps outlined in this post.

And it is still giving me the cluster GUI.

How do I go about reverting to the single node web gui?

Did you hard refreshed? Because with those steps you linked done it's not really possible that a cluster is still left.

Or do you mean that you just still see the other node in the left resource tree? That's not from still being in a cluster, but because the /etc/pve/nodes/<OLDNODENAMES>/ has still vm configs from the other node in there, we automatically find those and the webinterface maps it to a "zombie" node, to tell you "hey there's something still there".

If you're sure you can just delete the nodes/XYZ folders not being the one from your local node.
