Single node (non-cluster) fail to populate VMs and LXCs in webui

When connecting to the webui I am met with Datacenter and my single node "prox01".

When I select "prox01" it is completely unpopulated and the only three options to present themselves is "Search", "Task History" and "Subscription"

All of the above options are non-functional and present no data at all.

The node options are all grayed out "Reboot", "Shutdown", "Shell", "Bulk Actions".

The node is however starting up my VMs and LXCs, the webui is just having issues and I don't know where to start to correct this.

Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks for your time!
 
Tried different browsers to no avail, private mode as well.

Finally tried root account and it lets me and populates.

That said I now have my personal account that does not function correctly, I can edit it but not delete it. Not sure where to go from here beyond making another account and disabling the non-functioning one.
