Shutdown cluster node, attached new ssd, powered up ... now proxmox doesn't come up

At the console the proxmox server comes up to the point that I can login, it outputs an error related to /mnt/pvc/cephfs now and then, which is ok... cephfs will all recover once it comes up ... but something seems to keep it from fully coming up. I'm tempted to just reinstall the server, and may end up doing that, but it just seems weird. I shut it down and unplugged the new SSD and it didn't come back up.

I can say that I didn't bump any cabling while I was in there, and I made sure to unplug the power to the case before plugging in the SSD and connecting the SATA cable.

What could be keeping it from coming back up? Is it waiting on cephfs somehow? There a command I can run just to get it to come back up?

Discovered that for some reason, the network interfaces were named slightly differently after rebooting.

Updated in /etc/network/interfaces

Working on it ...
