hello
i have a NVIDIA Tesla m60 and a hp g9 i used vmware to share graphical process to vms and each vm had a 512 mb dedicated graphical memory
is it possible to do same in kvm and proxmox?
You can pass the GPU through to a VM entirely but I wasn't aware there was *any* way to share a GPU like this between VMs. Why do you want to? ETA: Ah, you're talking about this https://blogs.vmware.com/performance/2018/09/sharing-gpu-for-machine-learning.html Is your single G9 server running a set of several 512MB RAM(???) VM for multiple users?
yes
i use this server as a vdi server with horizon for 30-40 users
every thing is good but low resolution is a mistake for users
so i bought a tesla to do a h264 output
