set up correct time

how do we set up correct time??
ie. the time server shows 19:23:21, and i want to setup to 15:23:21

Youz need to setup your timezone (Configuration/System/Time).

please understand, i try to configure 2 (two) server, clustering type.
one server, ie. has time: 19:20:21
other, ie. has time: 21:20:21.

master : PVE 1.4
slave : PVE 1.4
