Hi all,

I have 2 servers setup in clustered format with pmg 5.x

One of my customers customers got a bounce back on April 12th.

The Time stamp on the bounce back email on the remote end clients information is:
Thu, 12 Apr 2018 09:24:00 -0600

In the /var/log/mail.log file the log time stamp goes from:
Apr 12 09:23:44 mx pmg-smtp-filter[23839]: starting database maintainance
Apr 12 09:23:44 mx pmg-smtp-filter[23839]: end database maintainance (6 ms)
Apr 12 09:24:02 mx postfix/anvil[5955]: statistics: max connection rate 1/60s for (smtpd:104.47.38.126) at Apr 12 09:20:42
Apr 12 09:24:02 mx postfix/anvil[5955]: statistics: max connection count 1 for (smtpd:104.47.38.126) at Apr 12 09:20:42
Apr 12 09:24:02 mx postfix/anvil[5955]: statistics: max cache size 1 at Apr 12 09:20:42
Apr 12 09:24:05 mx pmgpolicy[790]: starting policy database maintainance (greylist, rbl)
Apr 12 09:24:05 mx pmgpolicy[790]: end policy database maintainance (7 ms, 2 ms)
The bounce back message the client received is:

<user@myserver.ca>: host mx.digidns.ca[208.93.232.25] said: 450 4.7.1
<user@myserver.ca>: Recipient address rejected: Service is
unavailable (try later) (in reply to RCPT TO command)

Can someone please help shed some light on this situation? The PMG servers are always up so I don't know why the remote server seems to think the mail services running on it were down.

Thank you.
