Hi all,
I have 2 servers setup in clustered format with pmg 5.x
One of my customers customers got a bounce back on April 12th.
The Time stamp on the bounce back email on the remote end clients information is:
Thu, 12 Apr 2018 09:24:00 -0600
In the /var/log/mail.log file the log time stamp goes from:
<user@myserver.ca>: host mx.digidns.ca[208.93.232.25] said: 450 4.7.1
<user@myserver.ca>: Recipient address rejected: Service is
unavailable (try later) (in reply to RCPT TO command)
Can someone please help shed some light on this situation? The PMG servers are always up so I don't know why the remote server seems to think the mail services running on it were down.
Thank you.
