sending emails from an external site

Hi, all! I have a pmg server and an external hosted site from which I am trying to send emails. All requests to port 25 are rejected by pmg with error 454 4.7.1: Relay access denied. Maybe there is some way to configure authorization on port 25?
Is there any way to set up sending without opening port 26 outward? And what will await me if I open port 26 to everyone?

mail over the internet uses port 25 - this is why port 25 is the external port of PMG in the default configuration - all mail coming from the internet _for_ your relay domains should go there

mail from your downstream-servers for arbitrary domains on the internet should be sent to the internal port (default is port 26) - on port 26 all mail is accepted if it comes from a trusted network.
