Selectively ignore SPF records

My son graduated from Uchicago.edu, they continue forwarding his email to a domain filtered by PMG.

Periodically, a domain will send him email. It get's rejected because the domain has "-all" specified in their SPF record, but UC is forwarding the email via ProofPoint.

What is the best way to get these messages delivered?

Add the domain to Configuration/MailProxy/Whitelist.
