Scrub slows down the whole system

Hi

today at 0:20 to 0:30 my server started a scrub on my 2 zfs pools.
with that, my cpu usage jumped from <30% to around 90%, which slows down one of my lxc.

i thought the scrub wouldnt affect the performance of my lxc that much.
how do i change the date, so that not both pools scrub at the same time?
is there a way to limit the cpu usage for the scrub so my lxc can run in realtime again?

Based on zpool status -v 1 pool takes another 11h to finish and the other pool even 1 more day.

i am using Proxmox 6.2-11
