Schedule shutdown/start of VM

I am setting up a jump host VM which I would only like to access during certain days of the week at certain hours.

For example, I would like the VM to shutdown at 5PM and start back up at 9AM every weekday. I would also like the VM to be shutdown throughout the weekend.

Is there a guide someone on how I can achieve this?
